Swing supply. Well with demand going exponential, supply dropping off everywhere, projects being delayed and DLE still a pipe dream, I very much doubt Leshitolite, petalite, African DSO and other projects in dodgy jurisdictions will fill the gap.
Of course they would say that as they are balls deep and in danger of being castrated.
