Sandy B, HNG Directors and management: please reconsider what you have in mind for your virtual subsidiary Anagenics Limited (AN1) and the obligation of its CEO and Board to address AN1’s disappearing share price now 0.011c per share (and on its preconsolidation basis 0.00055c per share) under your umbrella of recent years.
At the least a candid announcement by the CEO and/or Board to the ASX with a full explanation of the state of financial affairs of AN1 and the Board’s view of the share price.
Shareholders have disappointingly never been informed in these matters which the Board has a statutory duty to address notwithstanding that the Board is in normal circumstances not directly responsible for the share market and destruction of AN1shareholder wealth and impact on HNG.
The behaviour of HNG in respect of its investment in AN1 obviously in turn reflects on HNG its Board and performance.
