Stock is priced for the wind up. NTA is 40c ; Mez lender has option to convert debt to equity at 7c ;
GJT has got one empty building leased , so income will improve. As long as cash flow is ok we should not do fire sale.
Trying to sell at reasonalbe price or refinancing ( many lender will see if we can pay 17% and 10% on the loan then we can pay 4 or 5 % ) It is not easy but there is a value.
At any case you can get your 3-4 c at the fire sale.
