There is absolutely no point putting on a DFS any timeline or statistic that is not achievable.
Well the option is putting nothing at all which equally pointless. A DFS will always come out ahead of any decisions as its a requirement for funding in the first place but it can't provide a guarantee of how it plays out just an indication of time and cost involved.
Let's just wait and see how it plays out.
