On todays prices, HAW is 0.6c and LCY is 9.8c. Hypothetically, if LCY were to do a takeover, they may offer 1 LCY share for every 10 HAW shares which would value HAW shares at 0.98c. That is just an example of how any takeover may work, there would almost always be a premium to the current share price otherwise why would shareholders accept it. Hope that clears things up.
