Only Sibelco were mentioned by DRX in supporting the Takeover. I would have thought if both were, that Flannery interests would have been included. In any takeover announcement they are always trying to convince everybody that the largest shareholders are on board. That was notably absent.

The Flattery family wants a return on their money whereas Sibelco want sand. With the joint venture between Sibelco and DRX Sibelco have the box seat (in my opinion)

The Flannery family is Queensland based and from what I've seen of there various investments they are about looking after Queenslanders/Australians and not corporate greed to the detriment of small shareholders. Having said that anything is possible these days.
