LKE is an Australian company therefore there is no Chapter 11 or Chapter 7 as there is in American bankruptcy law. Our laws resemble chapter 7 more than they do chapter 11. LKE is unlikely to go bankrupt as they have no debt and can raise money from the market as they did last week.
