RE is like all other jobs these days. I did three years full time study for my RE License now depending on which state may take as little as two weeks part time for the same qualification
All my other qualifications are the same *** same bit of paper can be obtained in a few weeks compared to my years No one is properly trained these days/ carpenters are so slow and can only do one aspect of carpentry
Even shop assistants don't know what they are selling, Bunnings 15 years ago, ask ant person in the store the location of anyone of thousands of items and they would tell you exactly what cubby hole that part was in, not any more
Nurses who can't even speak English properly as it is not their native language
So if you are apportioning blame whose fault is it
You cannot really blame the individual as it is not their fault, look for the person you voted for first
All those migrants have to have a job somewhere regardless of them knowing what to do
