No doubt that there are always bad players. Much like most industries.
and RE Agents are top of the list as LEAST TRUSTED by a country mile and for good reason. the more lies they tell the more money they make! so what type of person does that attract eh?... in an industry as emotional as the housing industry where it's the Great Australian dream and in most cases it's their biggest asset. so we have the biggest spivs selling someone their biggest asset.
