The 20th largest investor in the Rights Issue was the "J&D Superfund".
They subscribed for 178,420 shares paying up total application monies of $17,842.
Do you think an institutional fund, especially one the size if Fidelity would bother subscribing for less than $17,800 of shares ???
You need some help in understanding both math and markets I think !!!
