You're spending far too much emotional energy on this. The investment makes up less than 5% of HNG value.
Plus, it is clear to me at least that the framework has been being laid / relaid over the past year or so for the business to be transformed. From people, cost, structure, and similar perspectives.
it may or may not work out, however HNG has a portfolio of businesses and it will always be that way.
For me, Mountcastle is far more significant and interesting.
