I don't think so......They (FEL mob) have lost all credibility not only with PDY's shareholders, which they never had it, in the first place, but also with their own, (FEL's) shareholders and more so, the appropriate Authorities.....
I would categorically say: FEL's Opportunistic, Unethical and Utterly Unworthy(...Not to mention the word...Devious....for obvious Reasons....hahaha)take over bid, is Dead and Burried! Finnito, Telos, Caput, Terminated!!!!!!
