    IMO,

    QPN will have to raise Capitol inconjunction with spud news.

    I'm still reasonably bullish but I ponder the method in which they will tap the market.

    Like usual there will be a pre cap raise pump IMO and that will give a chance to book some profit pre spud.

    All IMO.and just thinking out loud!
