Quite a few people suggesting helium is imminent and a nice re-rating will follow.
On what is this based - actual facts or just blind hope?
Based on years of experience, it's far more likely there will be further delays and the usual excuses.
I sincerely hope to be wrong, but getting your hopes up can be a painful exercise.....
