Yes I agree regarding the ease of getting additional income even with migration being the way it is. Inflation though kicked off under the Lnp due to the handouts of cash, and due to travel bans got spent locally on electronics etc, as could be seen by record profits at the time by retailers. When the Lnp got booted down the road inflation was around 6% and climbing. It's now well below 4% and falling. The Lnp were very fortunate that the RBA didn't act sooner with rate rises, but I suspect pressured not to.
