Not so sure about the argument that there would have been leaks if the agreement was good news.
In the past, there have been flurries upwards. Announcements assumed to be coming, but in fact none made.
I never got the impression that FAR leaked. Quite the contrary. So the lack of an upwards run this week does not surprise me.
