re: Ann: Media Release/2010 Annual Report and... i hope TTY aren't advising ECE and HR issues and leave entitlements. how does someone go from having +300 hours leave to owing 250 hours = a difference of 550 hours or about $40,000, and how come management didn't realise people were always on holiday. sure the workforce will be unhappy, but doesn't TTY know its own employment conditions well enough to notice something strange was going on and that it needed fixing sometime between 2007 and now ? one minute we're being told its a tightly run ship and everyone deserves a massive bonus, the next moment you hear about basic admin errors 3rd hand through the media. as a shareholder i have trouble reconciling the 2 sometimes.
