Signing a contract might also be done under NDA.
I am holding to my view that likely the first we know about the existence of contracts will be increasing revenue in the Quarterly reports.
The accompanying text in the 4C may simply say "License fee income of $X was received during the quarter from IP license contracts."
Just my opinion.
