I suggest the TH goes a long way to explaining the erratic trading behaviour over the past few weeks despite some very positive announcements. And whilst temporarily it will be treading water with the share price, once the raise is completed (and I agree I can't see a big discount with the CR).
Once completed the Company will be well set to add considerable value for shareholders.
Whilst I was still accumulating at higher prices I'm not fazed with this CR because I can see the long game and outlook being very positive.
