outsmarting himself by waiting to lock in gold at a higher rate, although zero doubt in my mind this 9.8m will be locked in to the lowest price possible over this past three month period. I mean maybe they are playing a smart game and giving 3-4 month windows for each payment so they can select the cheapest date there and say that’s when it was actually paid. Would be keen to hear another theory why
