    They may be the very tops at finding oil, but their commercial dealings leave something to be desired in the sovereign risk continent of Africa.
    Firstly, they appear to have been outwitted by Tony Buckingham of Heritage Oil. Further, I doubt the practicality of taking the DRC government to court. They may also need to be on their toes in Ghana.
    I would welcome a takeover by a major at 2000p - a fair price.
