Whats changed is the fact that the hydrocarbon showings are going to give you 5m net pays which is a small resource. Changes everything and just like current wells not even worth developing
Secondly highly likely a duster
and thirdly you need cash to continue all operations so a raise is coming but keep pumping company is fundamentally flawed
