IMO a 100% takeover in current climate won't be as lucrative as say 12months ago.
I'm sure Nick will be pushing for full value, in the near term I can only see that by partnering with a tier 1.
Wether or not cash is allocated or all in script, or potentially private, that's anyone's guess, we know there's property to settle and not so sure he's current finances cover it, for now we are in a holding pattern hoping a Big Player see value and that value equates to ~ $2b usd to shareholders in some form or another.
