It was indicated to me late last week to expect an announcement in the next week or two. I'll wait until then b/c anything we say is speculation. One thing I will note (based on my experience with AVZ) don't overthink the situation. I recall in the past the company saying nothing until well after drop date when CATH kept extending the date for executing the partnership agreement (34% stake in the project). I would automatically think CATH was out b/c of the company's silence & then a week after the extension deadline date they would announce CATH had extended the execution date of the agreement by another month or more. I think we can all agree AVZ tends to be tardy with their announcements, good or bad. It's why I don't read much into it.

Also Brendo, I still get comfort in knowing CATH is still onboard & aligned with AVZ. They haven't deserted us & we should remember they're 50% owned by CATL, China's largest battery producer.
