Myself Im hoping that the deal isnt voted for and a better deal is then offered to get shareholder approval.
I would expect that a better deal should be offered if they dont get the numbers from the shareholders.
Im hopeful for a better deal than the 4 million up front and 50 mill in royalties.
The company was supposed to yield much better returns than that. More like 500 million. So I just expect that the 50 million is a tester and a better offer will be negotiated once the sentiment from shareholders is heard at the vote.
Again Im hopeful for a better deal. I hope Im right .
