Great report by Hashan. Very comprehensive and some great detail in it.
However, he should really get someone to proof read before he publishes as there's some obvious (and significant) errors, as well as some questionable logic in several areas.I'll post a full analysis tomorrow together with corrected calculations and what I would argue (with evidence) are more appropriate assumptions in some key parts.
I would say that these adjustments make a huge difference to the final numbers...
