"Further to the Announcement regarding a Pro-Rata Non-Renounceable Rights Offer on the 22nd of March 2024, the Company advised an incorrect share offer number for eligibility for shares, which should have been stated as the Company making an offer of one (1) fully paid ordinary Conico share for every one (1) fully paid share held (instead of two (2) fully paid ordinary Conico shares for every three (3) fully paid shares held as announced previously)."
