I think the price that is applicable is the average attained price during periods of production. You are assuming that the current price can't go down from here. The present price I believe is $1,083 and looking to have reached plateau.
Their analyses provide them the basis for their action. And their clients rely on them.
So you want them to be on your side. And if they are more positive, I wouldn't think you would have the same sentiment.
I think the analyses is sound, lithium still would have to bear a year of winter of discontent. And you would have to hope there is then no recession between now and 2005, to have hope of price recovery.
