My uneducated, fallible guess is that this tiny sale as a percentage of Mr Gill's holdings may be to meet Australian Tax Office payment(s) due by the end of March 2024.
Mr Gill has arguably done some aspirant retail holder a favour, as obtaining SNL scrip is not the easiest given its normal low trading day turnover.
