    I, like others on here, am a little confused on why you expect that Rhythm would maintain a cash burn run rate of ($302k) when that number was net of their R&D. Meaning that it is made up of ($1.992m) cash expenditure and $1.69m of R&D incentive. Do you expect that they receive that R&D incentive every quarter??
