Yep looks like it.
they make a pretty good case summing everything up in the past 18 months under XRXH going concerns:
5mill raised, over 2.16mill to Edwards and in total over 3.19 mill in total to director fees.
Edwards has done well unlocking Byro's riches through promoting a great product and constantly selling it to shareholders without lifting a rock. 2.16mill in 18 months! I thought NRZ were bad with paying directors exuberant amounts.
He's invested with a fair few shares but his true value is in drawing his wage and fees.
It's a good read.
