I've always thought that that BP would take out both Acadia and Neuren - but I'm starting to think - why would you take out Acadia?
To use Reggie's scenario, what value is there for BP in spending $6b on Acadia? Taking out Neuren only gives them access to the (maybe) jewel in the crown and they would inherit a sizeable quarterly payment from Acadia without having to raise a sweat.
