The door on HALEU isn't closed, the management have made a wise decision not to be distracted on something that is surrounded by politics in this election year. Tying the funding for the HALEU to the Russian Ban that may or may not have waivers is possibly a time and money waster, and it is better to sit on the side line until the Yanks have decided what the really want, there may be many others reasons as well, but we need certainty. We're the only viable LIS technology on the market and when they are finished playing politics come and talk to us again but make sure you bring your cheque book. In the mean time we will pursue the commercialisation of the laser through the tails enrichment.
