No you like all these gender pay gap numpties are for the large part making crap claims. You cannot compare pay gaps by comparing different jobs. If someone is paid less do do exactly the same thing purely based on their sex that is wrong but you cannot say there is a pay gap by comparing a childcare worker to an engineer as an example - of course there will be a gap. But if you have two workers doing the same job with the same experience level/competency then the pay should be the same.
