They have the option to to make determination on the amount of unvested rights that will able to be exercised.

Looking at todays volume it seems there's a urgency to obtain stock. All imo, it looks like a position is being taken posthaste.

Scheme vote late June. 3 months for a competitor to amass a position and launch a counter.
