Not happy with it. It is the minimum acceptable price in March. As demonstrated above fair value now is 3.09-4.64 on the basis of previous cycles.
As you indicate, this wont be a normal upswing, due to several factors, but most of all the lack of new build, so vessels will earn more and have a longer working life.
Moth by month the value of the business rises meaningfully...
