Been looking into some of the recent announcements:

QGL / Sunlands are clearly looking at building a processing facility in the USA if you read through the presentation and some study works have been going on behind the scenes for them to have Capital estimates already:
All the above relies on Uley graphite.
If you look into EXIM bank they are all about developing jobs and competing with China (who have a near monopoly on graphite).
They identify Energy storage as one of the "10 Transformational Export Area" which is where Sunlands (using Quantums Uley Graphite) comes in.
Would be great to know how the presentation was received or how long these wheels take to turn but we did have some unusually high trading earlier this week. Perhaps sign something is coming.
