Here's an extract from the last Quarterly for you -
As previously announced, State approval for the Optimised Mardie Project (OMP) was granted on
October 19, 2023, under Section 45(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA). This milestone
initiated the Commonwealth approvals process, and BCI is currently engaged in finalising this phase in
close coordination with the relevant Government department personnel.

So WA approvals obtained - its in the Fed's hands now.

I'd guestimate that if the GMMP has now been submitted by BCI, that it will go firstly to WA EPA for review, then back to the fed's for final review and approval.

So yes, by June, if not sooner, we should have an answer.
