mdv annual report, going bust soon

OK, as I said earlier the AR looks terrible. Going back and looking at others they are the same.

So lets look at it from another angle... if you had $400k as a loan and then had it converted to shares or you were a sophisticated investor, why would you continue to put money in??? Surely they must be aware of something that the man in the street does not know?
