Hey Scotty, simple answer is, they have more than one extremely prospective project on their books.
As so many have said, DRE are not a one trick pony.
Do a quick search for GreenBull's posts and he summarises DRE projects with visuals, as does Eddythedog and now that I think of it, soooo many others, that you'll find many posts that answer your question well.
