Neggtions with Shenghe, page-3

I am mystified by references to Ngualla Group UK Ltd. I checked out the existence of this company some months ago on the company register at www.companieshouse.gov.uk
I have re-checked at Companies House today.
It exists, but was only formed in 2021 and has two shares issued. The directors are Bardin Davis and Toni Pearson. The only accounts filed are dormant company accounts, and there are no filings for capital. The accounts for year end 31st March 2023 are due by the end of this month. The registered office is on Teeside UK. There is nothing that I can see that would indicate that it either holds other companies or is held by another company. I have checked the ASIC register in case there is a company with the same or similar name, and there is not. Could Ngualla Group UK be registered in another jurisdiction? Does anyone have further information?
