other reason besides chasing REE potential is that diamond drill were supposed to commence late November last year, everything has been booked, it was just the storms delayed the drilling till this year. Geophysics survey only start this month, and we also got another rain/flood delay, so like you said if they can use the new geophysics data to drill then the rain delay isn't a bad thing, imo.
