While I wanted the announcement pre Easter, they've used the wording 'extended to April', where they usually extend to the `end of April', which says we could have news any day from next week.

- sole funded by consortium
- Final wording on co-operation agreement
For any down rampers, there's nothing negative in this extension and potentially a bigger upside
