Thank you for your explanation Andy, I am pretty sure its to do with management, who are indirectly controlling SP to their intentions, if it's a good announcement market will always react it positively unless big plays going on behind the scenes. Thus in my opinion we need management that cares for shareholders rather then their personal gains.
