There is only one game in town now for EMH and that positioning itself for a buyout of the project. Management have shown that they can not manage a DFS so there is no way they are going to put this project into production. So, they need to be bolstering the share price as much as possible in the short term and trying to set up some competitive tension so they have a couple of bidders for their remaining stake in the project. A couple of new key shareholders joining the share register would be a good idea. Now Managements focus should be only on the short term and setting themselves up for a buyout. Nothing else matters in my opinion.
