No, I'm suggesting that ADG Directors & Secretary don't deserve free options (that are not issued under an agreement & are separate to any placement or SPP arrangements) for past services connected to crappy company performance & results delivered (e.g. no project funding / no plant upgrade / no mine development / no drilling in the past 11 months / shizen housen SP / failed Cosmo IPO / Cosmo share illiquidity)....
