The dividend is a result of dividend policy, which states that a dividend must be distributed when EBITDA is positive.
I have no idea why they made that decision in the first place, probably was pushed by some big shareholders who got in super early and don't give a f* anymore, but that policy was before the new CEO.
I would give the new team another 12 months see how it goes.
