I think that announcement is positive.
Gives us 10% in a well with good chances, a well spend 5m. It also would gives us a good partner paying 37.5% of Senegal. I would prefer FAR spending 5m on this well then some other meaningless business in the US or where else in the world which bring us little revenue at the end of the day.
I also forces FAR to put their money where their mouth is.
I think the decision hinges on the sucess of the Kora well.
