I'd have another listen if I was you. I've just listened and note that in that disconnect area, he said (paraphrasing here) something like "for investors it's very easy for us to move the SP up from where we are, but if we were 50-60 cents then it's a touch ask to achieve upside". I don't think he was saying SRN SP should be 50-60, but that was my take anyway.
Not trying to rain on your parade, just wouldn't want you setting unrealistic targets.
