"Kogi Iron Limited (ASX:KFE) entered into a binding terms sheet to acquire Macro Metals Limited for AUD 6.3 million on September 19, 2021. Kogi Iron Limited (ASX:KFE) will issue 10 million of its shares within 5 business days of execution of the terms sheet"
